- A deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Balance must be paid on or before the appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.
- Cancellations outside 48 hrs considered at the studio's discretion.
- Late arrival: £15 fee. May result in reduced time or cancellation.
- Please come with brows groomed. Brow grooming: £5.
- Only booked clients permitted — no extra guests unless being serviced.
- Be ready for content photos/videos. Let us know if you'd prefer not to be posted.
